i bought a garmin gps on ebay it has a pin number how do i get around the pin number?

i cannot activate this gps do to the fact that there is a pin number how do you get the thing to work

did you try to Reset it ???
Explain to Garmin’s customer service department that you haven’t got the personal identification number number (I’m just expanding your abbreviation) and they should help you.
