I bought a Refurbished Garmin GPS and it doesn’t even turn on?

This refurbished Garmin c330 GPS I bought doesn’t even turn on! Are they even allowed to sell defective items?WTF! I bought this crap online and I should be able to return it right?

aww man that some s h i t uhhh my uncle has a garmin does it have a sub charger how much did u pay send it back well it depends who you got it from if you got it from ebay and it was more than 100 dollars then you CAN send it back
Well It would depend on where you got it from any authorized Garmen dealer will take it back but if you got it on eBay or Amazon then good luck you can try. Legitimate authorized dealers cant sell on those sites unless they specify that it is refurbished and if it was a liget. dealer thay should take it back……
